VANTA RACEWORKS LLC — TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to purchases, products, fabrication, performance upgrades, consultations, referrals, and other services offered by Vanta Raceworks LLC (“Vanta,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing a product, placing an order, paying a deposit, authorizing work, or otherwise engaging Vanta Raceworks LLC, you agree to these Terms.

1. PERFORMANCE & MOTORSPORT PRODUCTS

Vanta Raceworks LLC specializes in aftermarket performance products and custom fabrication. Modification of a vehicle from its original configuration may affect drivability, reliability, noise levels, emissions compliance, manufacturer warranties, insurance coverage, or other characteristics.

The customer is responsible for determining whether a product or modification is lawful and appropriate for the vehicle’s intended use and location.

2. CUSTOM FABRICATION

Custom-fabricated and made-to-order products are manufactured to customer specifications or for specific vehicle applications. Because of their customized nature, custom products generally cannot be canceled or returned after fabrication has begun except where required by law or expressly agreed to by Vanta Raceworks LLC.

Minor cosmetic differences in weld appearance, coloration, finish, or other characteristics inherent to hand fabrication are not necessarily defects.

3. PERFORMANCE MODIFICATIONS & VEHICLE CONDITION

Performance modifications can place additional stress on engines, transmissions, drivetrains, cooling systems, electrical systems, and other vehicle components.

Vanta Raceworks LLC is not responsible for failures caused by pre-existing conditions, prior modifications, improper maintenance, abuse, track use, misuse, or components outside the scope of work performed by Vanta Raceworks LLC, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Customers must disclose known mechanical problems and relevant prior modifications before work begins.

4. ECU & TCU TUNING NETWORK

Vanta Raceworks LLC may facilitate access to independent third-party tuning providers. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, tuning or calibration supplied by an independent provider is performed or developed by that provider and is subject to that provider’s applicable terms and limitations.

Vanta Raceworks LLC does not represent that every calibration or tuning service is developed in-house.

5. EMISSIONS & LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Certain performance products or modifications may not be legal for use on public roads in all jurisdictions.

The customer is responsible for complying with applicable federal, state, and local laws concerning vehicle modifications, emissions equipment, registration, inspection, and road use.

Nothing offered by Vanta Raceworks LLC should be interpreted as authorization to operate a vehicle unlawfully.

6. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED PARTS

When Vanta Raceworks LLC agrees to install or fabricate around customer-supplied components, Vanta Raceworks LLC does not warrant the quality, compatibility, or performance of those components.

Additional labor resulting from fitment problems, defective components, or incorrect customer-supplied parts may result in additional charges when properly authorized.

7. DEPOSITS & CUSTOM ORDERS

Deposits may be required before parts are ordered or fabrication begins.

Once materials have been ordered or custom fabrication has begun, deposits may become non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law and disclosed to the customer.

Estimated completion dates are estimates and can change because of parts availability, shipping delays, fabrication requirements, or circumstances outside Vanta Raceworks LLC’s reasonable control.

8. SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Risk relating to shipping damage or loss will be handled according to applicable law and the shipping carrier’s procedures.

Customers should inspect shipments promptly and contact Vanta Raceworks LLC regarding damaged or incorrect products.

9. RETURNS

Unused, non-custom merchandise may be eligible for return according to Vanta Raceworks LLC’s posted return policy.

Custom-fabricated, made-to-order, installed, modified, or used products generally are not returnable except where required by law or where Vanta Raceworks LLC agrees otherwise in writing.

10. WARRANTIES

Any specific Vanta Raceworks LLC warranty will be stated with the applicable product or work order.

Third-party products are subject to their manufacturer’s warranties, if any.

Vanta Raceworks LLC does not guarantee a particular horsepower figure, sound level, performance result, or vehicle outcome unless that guarantee is expressly made in writing.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vanta Raceworks LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use or misuse of aftermarket performance products or modifications.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. PHOTOS & MEDIA

Unless otherwise agreed, Vanta Raceworks LLC may photograph or record vehicles, products, and fabrication work for documentation, portfolio, and promotional purposes. Customers may request in writing before work begins that identifying information such as license plates not be displayed.

13. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS & PROVIDERS

Vanta Raceworks LLC may recommend or coordinate with independent manufacturers, tuners, installers, or other specialists. Independent businesses remain responsible for their own products and services.

14. PAYMENT

Payment is due according to the applicable invoice, estimate, or order. Products and vehicles may not be released until amounts properly due are paid, subject to applicable New York law.

15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Vanta Raceworks LLC may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to a transaction will be the version in effect when the applicable transaction or authorization occurs, unless otherwise required by law.
